Tony and Emma met 11 years ago and instantly formed an unbreakable bond. Him, a builder with more than 30 years’ experience. Her, a sales expert with a background in real estate and travel. Together, they shared a passion for exceeding their clients’ expectations, hard work and heartfelt integrity. As their relationship developed, so, too, did their vision for Vivid Home Builders – a place where clients could come to create the home they’d been dreaming of their whole lives. For the last 11 years, they’ve followed that vision, completing a huge variety of homes for ecstatic clients who’ve had the opportunity to make their dreams a reality.

Tony and Emma want their clients to have everything they desire, without the hefty price tag. Each project starts with developing the grand plan for achieving every client’s unique vision using our signature interactive portal available to all our clients 24/7 at the touch of a button. We then find the best way for the project to move forward and make the budget to match the scope. To ensure our clients aren’t hit with any surprises at the end of their build, we use detailed fixed-price contracts. This way, everybody knows where they stand. Our standard projects boast a much larger range of inclusions than some Fraser and Sunshine Coast builders, and that’s just the way Tony and Emma like it.

Alongside their professional pursuits, Tony and Emma’s support of local and international charities is widely known. From local sporting groups to international child protection charities, their philanthropy is an essential element of the Vivid Home Builders ethos – ‘Gratitude and Contribution’. Not to mention their support of finding sustainable ways to build, including funding the replanting of trees to help regenerate the timber consumed across the building industry.
