Step 2: Bringing Your Vision to Life With Our Sales Team

Once we understand your starting point, you’ll work closely with our talented sales team to shape your concept.

This is where ideas really come together.

We’ll talk through:

• The flow you want through your home

• How your block, orientation and budget influence design

• Must-haves, nice-to-haves and future needs

Our sales team bridges the gap between design and construction, ensuring your ideas are practical, buildable and aligned with your budget — without losing the essence of what you want your home to be.

Step 3: Turning the Concept Into Plans & Detailing Together

Once the concept feels right, we move into the drawing stage.

Your design is developed into professional plans by a draftsperson, capturing layouts, dimensions and structural details. From there, we work together to refine and detail every element of the home.

This includes:

• Fine-tuning room sizes and layouts

• Window placements for light, privacy and airflow

• External design and street appeal

• Internal features, finishes and functional details
